- Commitment: Cash-only SPA.
- Order: Minimum 50 kgs per tranche, at least twice monthly over 12 months.
- Financial Security: Cash is provided to the Advocate Escrow Account for each tranche.
- Logistics: Efficient transport of fortnightly tranches to Dubai or Singapore refinery.
- Processing: Expert assay and refining at the nominated refinery.
- Settlement: The Refinery as the end buyer settles within 72 hours of the assay report.
- Ownership Transfer: Streamlined transfer of ownership at settlement.
- Repetition: Process repeated fortnightly for 12 months.
